Terms and Conditions
WorldNav Portable GPS systems:
1. NEW systems - 30 days - 15% restock fee, you pay shipping. Must obtain RMA number for return prior to sending. If the screen is broken or the device damaged in any other way we reserve the right to deny a refund or charge for the repair.
2. REFURBISHED systems - non-returnable, exchanges only.


Pocket PC, Laptop, PC Software only and Developer Tools:
Non-refundable.

Upgrades:
Non-refundable.

Tracking Devices:
Non-refundable.

SmartTruckRoute App:
Full refund within 48 hours of purchase provided email specifying exact reason for refund is sent to refunds@smarttruckroute.com.

Refunds and Exchanges (other than apps) must be approved by RMA Department.
Prices subject to change without notice.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via desired service, however you must allow processing time for the order. Typically processing time varies from 1-2 business days, however no accommodation can be made for orders which take longer to process. (Downloads excluded, no shipping required).

International Customers
Please note that we are not responsible for any duties and taxes that need to be paid to customs for international shipments. We also do NOT ship to Greece or Indonesia. Contact us for agent details.

Warranty
Packages containing GPS receiver are subject to the terms and conditions of sale (some products are non-refundable, others carry a six month or one year warranty). Software is excluded from the warranty. Customer must obtain approval for warranty repair and must cover charge of shipping. Contact RMA@teletype.com for details. To be eligible for warranty, all products must be registered with TeleType within 30 days of purchase. Devices purchased through eBAY are not eligible for warranty. www.teletype.com/register.

Military Orders
We welcome APO/FPO/Military orders. Enter the address as if it were in the U.S. Select the Shipping Method called "APO/Military" upon checkout.

Currency
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Credit Cards
Please note: TeleType reserves the right to require additional information from the purchaser if credit card billing address differs from the ship to address. There may be a delay in shipping your order should additional information be required.
