Boston, MA. - April 27, 2002 – TeleType today announced the release of it's enhanced TeleType GPS software which now includes 1 million Points of Interest featuring services such as Gas Stations, ATM's and Banks, Medical Centers and Hospitals, Hotels and Motels, and more.

Harnessing the power of the Pocket PC TeleType has provided a mobile solution for GPS guidance on land, air, and water. “Pocket PC has a great advantage in the marketplace because it is designed to be the most connected and expandable PDA available,” said Derek Brown, Product Manager for the Mobility Division at Microsoft Corp.A product like the TeleType WorldNavigator allows users to take advantage of some of the key functionalities of the Pocket PC and provides a great example of true mobility.” TeleType offers a wide variety of GPS based solutions for navigation and tracking using the Windows CE based Pocket PC's.
