The following videos are in .exe and Macromedia Flash format. To view the .exe video, click on the link and then select Open from the window that comes up. The file will start transferring to your computer, and when done will open up and start playing. If you do not have Macromedia Flash installed on your computer, click here to go to Macromedia's web page and download the player. The Flash version of the tutorial will play inside Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

Note: Currently, the videos below do not have sound because of download restrictions and the problems caused by the large size of the video files.
