Checking for Updates/Upgrades

Checking for Updates/Upgrades can be found in Help -> Update on the Teletype GPS toolbar.

Must have Internet connection when using Update feature.


To Check for Updates...

   1. Click on Help and then click on Update
   2. Please wait for Check for Update Window to come up
   3. Click on the Check for Update button
   4. Please wait for the Internet connection to be established and
   for the information about the latest update to appear in the window.

Clicking on About Update will allow you to download the latest Updates/Upgrades.

About Update Window

From the About Update Winodw, you can click on Authorized Customers or Purchase Upgrade to download your new software. The definitions of an Authorized Customer is defined below.

Authorized Customers are customers who have already purchase an upgrade that is still valid or any customer who had purchase softwre from Teletype GPS within less than 30 days.

If you do not fall under the Authorized Customers category and would like to purchase an upgrade, please click on the Purchase Upgrade button to direct you to Teletype's webpage to make a purchase.

If you purchase an upgrade, please allow 1 business day for your order to be process.
