Traffic Maps

To find a traffic map for a particular location, you will need to find that location. For more help on finding a location, see Finding An Address.

Make sure you are connected to the internet before loading traffic maps, or else you will get an error message saying that you are not connected to a server.

| 1. | Right-click anywhere on the map (on PDA, tap and hold) to bring up a menu, and select Show Maps, then tap or click on Advanced. Mark the box next to Traffic and tap or click on OK until you return to the map. You should then see a small bar at the top left hand corner of the program that shows the progress of map retrieval.

| 2. | When the map is finished loading, you should see a numbered road block icon |

| 3. | To receive more information about the location, tap or click on the road block icon, and a gray box should pop up at the upper-left hand corner of the program. Select OK to close the box, or Add Waypoint to create a waypoint at that location.

| 4. | To unload the traffic maps, right-click (on PC) or tap and hold (on PDA) anywhere on the map, select Show Maps, and Advanced. Uncheck the Traffic box, and click OK until you return to the map. Your map will now be cleared of any traffic indications.
