1. Description of Address/Route/Location Error:
  • For an address correction, please include the city, state, and zip code.
  • If you are having a problem generating a specific route, please include your origin and destination. Also include any preferences selected (i.e. quickest or shortest route; highways or local roads).
  • TeleType Pro users can send TeleType support an email with attachment of your waypoint file (the default waypoint file is general.way and is found inside the GPS folder). WorldNav users simply need to describe the issue as best as possible.
