Compaq Computer Expansion Jackets Suitable for use with the TeleType GPS WorldNavigator CF GPS and the TeleType GPS Rugged GPS receivers.

Most likely you only need the CF adapter pack ($40) which is listed at the bottom of this page and available through both TeleType and Compaq. While TeleType does not sell the other expansion packs, they are readily available through HP/Compaq directly.
